We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be managing customer queries and complaints. He/She will be responsible to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.

Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Manage customer issues through effective troubleshooting, listening, problem solving, positive action, information gathering and case escalation in a timely manner when appropriate.
Prioritize, balance, multi task competing issues based on impact to end user, customer urgency, length of outstanding issue and political sensitivity.
Promote and maintain high quality, professional, service-oriented company image with customers and internal staff.
Atleast 3 years of experience working with customer support.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Should be flexible with working in odd hours.
At least Higher Education Certification, Bachelor’s Degree will be preferred.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
