The team is in charge of all relationships with sellers, from contracts and payments to workflow and procedures, in order to ensure a great customer experience. What will you do in our team?
Analyzing and understanding business needs (commercial & sales teams) to define reporting structure and outputs;
Develop QlikView reports to serve the business needs;
Coordinate with the Commercial Analysts to provide valuable information in formats easy to process in excel for ad hoc analyses;
Prioritize requirements to deliver best results in the shortest timeframe as a team with the other teams of Analysts;
Analyzing business processes and retrieving improvement suggestions;
Timely answering questions related to flows or projects and providing accurate reports;
Evaluate the effort required for given task;
Handling communication with all parties involved during all project stages;
Handling and promptly reporting project modifications (change requests) and status.
Let’s meet if you have these skills:
University degree in Technology or Business Management;
At least one year of experience in working and developing QlikView reports;
An orientation towards results and the ability to work in a team;
Enjoys self-development and personal study;
Ability to work in an analytical and structured manner and with agile & dynamic project environment;
Experience with SQL data base;
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
