Accounting specialist (General Ledger)

Grow Faster. Grow Further. Verification Our Finance Team oversees the business development and optimizing of the assignation of resources through planning, audit, accounting and control of the company’s finances. Daily tasks involve projects in multiple areas: commercial, operations, marketing, treasury, accounting and reporting. With us, you won’t just be gaining experience. What will you do in our team?

  • Verification and reconciliation of external suppliers;
  • Verification and tracking of the letters of credit issued to external suppliers;
  • Checking and tracking of insurance accounts;
  • Verification of import customs declarations and notification in case of errors;
  • Verifying and reporting supplier debtors' balances;
  • Monthly account reconciliation for the accounts under import flow;
  • CAPEX accounting and document flow management;
  • Identify main issues and propose improvements for the flows under your direct responsibility.

 

Let’s meet if you have these skills:

  • Experience on responsibilities listed of at least 2 year;
  • Self-motivated, results driven, and autonomous taking responsibility for achieving results;
  • Stress and pressure resilient especially during month end closure;
  • Abilities to organize, plan and prioritize;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Able to respect deadlines;
  • SAP knowledge represents an advantage or any other ERP experience on the import and/or CAPEX flows;
  • English knowledge;
  • Advanced excel knowledge.
