What will you do in our team?
Manage P&G brands within eMAG
Listing the full range of products from Procter &Gamble`s portfolio
Periodically check the provider's range of products, compared to the ones listed in eMAG.
Manage the relationship with Procter &Gamble supplier
Calculation of the sell-out quarterly / annual target so that it is correlated with both supplier`s expectations and eMAG`s internal goals.
Sales monitoring in order to reach the sales target agreed with the provider.
Forecast acquisitions over 8 weeks in order to correlate the purchase with the sales potential (avoiding the gaps stock)
Placing orders to the vendor depending on Days of Stock (DOS); must be at most equal to the payment date, 14 days. (DOS);
Create purchase strategies in Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Placing orders in the vendor`s application (if case)
Monitor the old stock products that are older than 14 days; these shouldn`t exceed 10% from the total value of the commercial stock.
Monitor the stock of the listed products, to make sure that the whole range is covered
Negotiate campaigns and exclusive products in order to maintain eMAG`s trendsetter position, within the market.
Implement communication campaigns, accordingly to the plan and budget agreed with the provider. The campaigns need to be correlated with the sales evolution, the seasonality and also with the campaigns ran by other brands within eMAG (to avoid overlapping with other important campaigns)
Back Rebate’s Registration (BR) in the system so that the edge GM2% to reflect the correct value of profitability.
Calculation of the estimated budget of communication (MK) at the beginning of the quarter and attract these amounts from the supplier.
Establish the standard edge for each category / brand so that it corresponds to the level set by the Business Unit Manager (BUM) or be consistent with the company's strategy.
Automatic alignment setting price strategies in order to ensure that we do not lose sales to the detriment of competition.
Daily checking of Price Index so that prices of eMAG be correlated with those of competitors.
Daily checking of the status changes on the ‘’buying buttons’’ from the site, in order to avoid situations in which the sellers Rank the first position in sales, resulting in failure of sales / unfavorable experience (e.g. when the seller`s price is too much too high, distorting the image eMAG)
Check weekly payments made by the supplier so as not face supply bottlenecks or being forced to pay penalties.
Extending payment terms (TP) in situations where is necessary (e.g. during Black Friday campaign, optimizing cash flow, reduce spacing between DOS and TP.
Periodic verification of the way in with the products are presented within the site, so that the information should be relevant to the client.
Annual revision and renegotiation of the commercial clauses
Organize a quarterly QBR (Quarter Business Review) to point out to the provider both positive and negative aspects, from the reporting period Special reports requested ad-hoc, status regarding the sales level and indicators)
Set up occasional meetings with the supplier, in order to solve / manage the operational aspects of the business.
Follow up the key indicator performers of the Brand
Monitoring the Brand`s performance in the market, to see the market share`s evolution and also to adapt communication campaigns, accordingly to the trend.

5+ years of similar experience in retail industry – beauty & cosmetics industry;
Proactive, capability to find non-standard solutions;
Advanced communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
Strategic thinking and a strong understanding of current e-commerce market;
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets

High level of PC literacy (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)
