As a Corporate Services Buyer, you will be responsible for the procurement and purchase of goods, materials and services to ensure that the company operational needs are met, considering price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply.
Develop the Corporate Services category to represent the company’s best interests across all departments, including consumables, fleet, travel and services in general.
Act as liaison between the company and the suppliers, ensuring stakeholder requirements and concerns are fully understood and ensure these are fed back during the appropriate stages to the suppliers.
Assure the full procurement life cycle and be autonomous in sourcing the high quality, value for money services, guarantying robust and objective sourcing processes
Support and foster a cross-functional approach to achieve objectives.
Setting of clear objectives and monitor performance of your suppliers, including cost saving activities through price negotiation and other activities.
Degree in Engineering, Economics or Management
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar functions
Fluency in English (French will be a plus)
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to add value, reduce costs and make business improvements
