Now, we’re looking for a talented Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for our High Integrity Systems division to lead growth in the Railway and Aerospace markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with and nurture existing clients and pursue new ones
  • Proactively collaborate on designing and implementing the business strategy to increase the High Integrity Systems Division client portfolio in Germany
  • Expand the Company’s network of clients in the Railway and Aerospace domains 
  • Prepare and manage financial proposals and comercial contracts
  • Manage and build a sales pipeline, from lead generation through proposal preparation, negotiation and closing
     

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years’ experience in business development in the software services industry in Europe (preferably in B2B Technology Sales)
  • Business Development and/or Account management experience with an ability to understand and develop deals from a commercial and financial perspective
  • Consultative and entrepreneurial style, comfortable in developing relationships and networking
  • Experience working with industrial OEM’s, Tier 1’s and Tier 2’s, especially in the Railway, Aeronautics, Medical Devices and/or Automotive domain are desirable 
  • High level working background or knowledge in engineering concepts and methodologies
  • High-proficiency German speaker and good English skills are required
  • Commitment to embark upon regular EU travel, especially in the DACH geographies and occasional wider travel outside EU.
