Now, we’re looking for a talented Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for our High Integrity Systems division to lead growth in the Railway and Aerospace markets.

Liaise with and nurture existing clients and pursue new ones
Proactively collaborate on designing and implementing the business strategy to increase the High Integrity Systems Division client portfolio in Germany
Expand the Company’s network of clients in the Railway and Aerospace domains
Prepare and manage financial proposals and comercial contracts
Manage and build a sales pipeline, from lead generation through proposal preparation, negotiation and closing
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years’ experience in business development in the software services industry in Europe (preferably in B2B Technology Sales)
Business Development and/or Account management experience with an ability to understand and develop deals from a commercial and financial perspective
Consultative and entrepreneurial style, comfortable in developing relationships and networking
Experience working with industrial OEM’s, Tier 1’s and Tier 2’s, especially in the Railway, Aeronautics, Medical Devices and/or Automotive domain are desirable
High level working background or knowledge in engineering concepts and methodologies
High-proficiency German speaker and good English skills are required
Commitment to embark upon regular EU travel, especially in the DACH geographies and occasional wider travel outside EU.
