Now, we’re looking for a talented Business Development Manager for our Digital Engineering Services division to lead growth in the Digital Transformation market. As a company we have built a solid reputation for delivering high quality and premium value to our customers. The ideal person for this role will be a disciplined and organized individual, able to work independently and efficiently on their own leads and accounts.

You will be implementing the strategy to increase Digital Engineering Services business in Germany, exploring and developing new business by targeting prospective clients from fast-growing and rapidly-evolving industries, managing the strategy for new accounts, manage relations with key stakeholders, and developing compelling proposals which you can then present to clients. As part of the role, you will have the ability to play a positive part in the wider Digital Engineering Services division’s Business Development efforts and strategy.

  • At least 7 years’ experience in business development in the software services industry in Europe (preferably)
  • Business Development and Account management experience with an ability to understand and develop deals from a commercial and financial perspective
  • Eager to proactively collaborate on designing and implementing the business strategy to increase Digital Engineering Services business in Germany
  • Consultative and entrepreneurial style, comfortable in developing relationships and networking
  • Experienced dealing with Digital Transformation initiatives in the Finance and Insurance (Fintech) industry, and also engaging with dot-coms, startups and scale-ups with an Agile mindset
  • German native speakers (or high-proficiency) and good English skills are required
  • Commitment to embark upon regular EU travel and occasional wider travel outside EU.



  • Experience and knowledge of Digital Transformation trends and Software Development Outsourcing models
  • Used to apply the Nearshore or Offshore software engineering services paradigm
  • Used to design and lead market development strategies.
