Key Account Executive

Location: Muscat
Department: Sales_Consumer_Muscat

Description

  • Lead the customer business reviews for the specified category on a periodic basis- monthly/quarterly and drive the completion of the action plans

  • Ensure that the in store activities are in alignment with the joint business plans for the specific category

  • Responsible for negotiations pertaining to listing, promotional activities in line with the agreement

  • Responsible for driving thematic & seasonal promotional activities in line with the agreement for the specific category.

  • Ensure listing of NPD’s in line with the agreement for the category

  • Ensure implementation of agreed objectives as communicated by the Key Account Manager

  • Periodic review of Customer KPI’s- Sales, Investments, Growth, contribution, Market Share, Data Sharing & Service Levels for the specific category at the HO & Store levels

  • Communicate the trends, competitor activities, market opportunities to the KAM

  • Ensure compliance to company policies, procedures, commercial terms and local regulations

  • Resolve any outstanding issues with the concerned category

  • Periodic visit to the store level to ensure implementation of agreed objectives
